I am not in the mood to launch into one of my big rants, so at the end of day, I am not a fan. I think it does nothing to actually change the way that we live and treat the environment and I feel that it is a huge marketing scam.
I feel that all it is doing is allowing people and companies the rights to pollute.

I agree. My hope is any tax collected would be used to promote and subsidise new and alternitave non polluting energy sources.
